Rude & disrespectful employees, will blame customers for restaurant mistakes - Used to order from here often not anymore.

My wife and I will never order from here again after a truly bizarre and disrespectful experience tonight. We ordered the Singapore Noodles via Grubhub, which the menu and photos describe only as "Thin Spicy Noodles." We added chicken, but the dish arrived full of pork. Since the description was completely inaccurate, Grubhub issued a refund. At 8:39 PM on March 18, a woman from the restaurant called my wife specifically to yell at her. She blamed us for the mistake, arguing that we should have called to "confirm" if there was pork in the dish. She spent the entire call complaining about the restaurant losing money on the refund, with zero regard for the fact that my wife had to throw out her entire dinner because of their error. It is not the customer’s job to guess unlisted ingredients or be lectured by a rude employee. They just lost frequent customers over their own lack of professionalism.

Save your money and go somewhere that values professional courtesy.

I won’t lie and say their food is trash but it is mediocre. I moved to the town and have frequented this ONE place I’m big on who I give my business to especially when it comes to the food my children and I eat. Over the years it’s been mishaps but I always sweep it under the rug. After today tho I will not be sweeping anything under the rug. At this point they are taking advantage of the people in the community. The same community that has built their business and takes care of them and their families. The other day the phone operator took an order wrong and when my daughter in law came back with the order and explained what went wrong Mindy had an attitude and was rolling her neck and emphasizing her words as if my daughter in law could not comprehend the English language. I thought it was completely out of pocket and unnecessary. Today my youngest son pick up the food and she charged $1.50 to put bbq on wings. I could see if we nickel and dime but EVERYTIME we get food there the minimum is $50. On top of that I can purchase a whole bottle for that price. On top of the fact that we spend good money there, we have ONLY frequented this place for the past 10 years. Who charges for c
